About Me

For the past decade, I have been helping individuals with depression, anxiety, self-harm, hopelessness/suicidal thoughts, grief/loss, perinatal/womens mental health issues, and trauma feel more emotionally regulated, happier, and confident about themselves and their abilities in different aspects of their life.

My work experience as a clinical social worker ranges from residential care, to partial hospitalization/intensive outpatient programs, to outpatient weekly group and individual therapy with adults, adolescents, and families.

My sessions are built on the idea that we are working together as a team to discover your goals, identify what is getting in the way, and come up with a plan for how to achieve them. This will be done by looking at and understanding your thoughts and behaviors, to recognize your patterns, and develop better coping skills to handle your emotions. Together, we'll work to identify and enlist your strengths to empower you to make the changes you want in life.

My approach to therapy is warm and genuine. It is important that our sessions are a nonjudgmental and validating space - where you can feel comfortable enough to talk about the difficult things and to have a teammate to address them with.

Outside of work, I enjoy baking, traveling, music, and spending time with loved ones and my rescue dog.
